Sanon Casting, a Chinese die casting manufacturer, was founded in 1998 and is located in Qingdao, a very beautiful coastal city in northern China.

Our factory specializes in aluminum casting, including mold making, die casting, gravity casting and squeeze casting (new process). At the same time, we also have a dedicated surface treatment partner who can provide different types of surface treatment for parts.

Developed squeeze casting

To eliminate common aluminum casting defects such as porosity and shrinkage, and to improve the mechanical properties of casting parts, we developed the squeeze casting process. We’ve also been awarded several patents for it.

Squeeze casting achieved mass production

This is a huge milestone! Using squeeze casting, we’ve delivered high-performance parts for industries like automotive and power. The tensile strength ranges from 280-320 MPa, with air-tightness of at least 1 MPa (145 psi).
